The Orion solar wall mounted light is one of the first Gama Sonic solar lights to feature their newest technology, morphed solar panels. Take a close look at the curved portion of the light fixture, and you will notice the solar panels and the light sensors go all the way around the fixture, without the normal boxed and specifically sized solar panel that limited the amount of power the solar panels could pull in from the sun.  

This new solar panel technology still uses the same monocrystalline solar panels, but allows the solar panel to morph into the light fixture. It allows the solar panels to draw the absolute most energy from the sun that it can, in the least amount of time. With just 6 hours of sun, you'll get all night long lighting.

Also, the wall mount solar light incorporates Gama Sonic's Solar Light Bulb technology, with added benefits of a high or low switch to extend the light duration, and capability to change out the light bulb now or in the future. It comes with a 2700K Warm White LED that emits 150 lumens of light on High, and around 75 lumens on Low.

Morphed Solar Panel Technology:

By bending solar cells to fit curved surfaces, the light fixture morphs into a solar panel and creates a larger surface area to harness power from the sun. Thus, allowing more solar panels to fit onto the light fixture, resulting in a longer battery duration and brighter light.

Replacing the A50 10W Solar LED Bulb: 

• Detach the Fixture Head lid
• Turn the light operation to OFF
• Remove the existing solar bulb by turning it counterclockwise, just like a regular electric bulb
• Install the new LED bulb by turning into the bulb socket clockwise
• Turn the light operation to ON
• Reassemble the unit working backwards on instructions
• Pressure on the solar panel area of the carriage lantern should always be kept to a minimum to avoid damage
